How Does a Tandem Skydive Work?
From arrival to landing – step by step
Arrival & Briefing
You arrive at the drop zone and meet your tandem instructor. A 20-minute briefing covers everything: body position, safety procedures and the full jump sequence. All equipment is fitted personally for you.
Climb to 4,000 Metres
You board the aircraft and climb to 4,000 metres above sea level. The ascent takes 15–25 minutes. The Lake Geneva region spreads below as you gain altitude – a breathtaking preview of the panorama to come.
Freefall – 45 to 55 Seconds
You exit the aircraft and experience 45 to 55 seconds of pure freefall at up to 200 km/h. Lake Geneva gleams below, Mont Blanc towers to the south, the Jura hills stretch to the north – an Alpine panorama unlike any other.
Canopy Flight & Landing
At 1,500 metres the parachute opens for 5–8 minutes of peaceful gliding. Your instructor brings you to a smooth, standing landing. Pure adrenaline, pure Lake Geneva.
